Coldwell Banker recently worked with well known psychotherapist Dr. Robby Ludwig to understand why homeownership is in our DNA and she explained it is because Americans want to own, have a desire to put down roots and become a viable part of a community. The media is constantly giving negative perceptions of the Atlanta housing market. We need to remember that real estate is local, and Atlanta is too large and diverse to be able to generalize when it comes to the overall housing market.
