Kevin L. Palmer serves as the CEO of BrokerHost Solutions.  Prior to founding BrokerHost Solutions, Kevin spent 25 years in the financial services industry in Atlanta. Kevin has held many senior management positions, including Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Most recently Kevin served as Chief Executive Officer/President and board chairman of one of the nation’s largest securities brokers-dealers and registered investment advisory firms. Kevin has also served as litigation strategist at one of the nation’s leading law firms, advising partners and their clients on regulatory and compliance matters.

In 2006, Kevin founded a very successful real estate agency in Atlanta, PalmerHouse Properties. Through the development and growth of the agency, Kevin identified a significant and unmet need of the real estate entrepreneur. Often times real estate agencies are started by talented and successful real estate agents; however, the talents that make a successful real estate professional does not always translate into the business skill-sets to operate and manage a business.

Craig M. Halperin was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating from North Springs High School, he conducted his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a B.A. in Business Economics. Craig went on to study at the University of Georgia, Hirsch School of Law on scholarship, where he enrolled in a J.D./M.Ed. joint degree program. After graduation from law school, Craig practiced corporate law until making the switch to the practice of real property law in early 2006. Craig has acted as the Managing Partner and CFO of Halperin Lyman, LLC since its inception. Halperin Lyman has successfully conducted thousands of closings for hundreds of different clients, working hand in hand with real estate investors, agents and brokers, both conventional and private money lenders, as well as a team of vendors specializing in real estate investments, to see each transaction through from cradle to grave.

In addition to his work with Halperin Lyman, Craig is also the Owner and CEO of CGC Real Estate Services, LLC, an Atlanta based investment company providing a full spectrum of real estate investment consulting services. CGC purchases and sells its own investment properties, as well as helps other investors find inventory and buyers for their properties. Craig uses both personal and professional experience and knowledge of the economic markets surrounding the real estate industry, entrepreneurship, private investing, and finance in his consultations with clients and his speeches at educational and networking events to provide comprehensive advice for other real estate investors.

Katie Belew joined Harry Norman in 2004. Prior to working in real estate, Katie worked for 15 years in corporate and commercial banking. She has received several awards over her real estate career.  These include, Rookie of the Year in 2004, Top Agent Perimeter Office 2005 – 2011, # 6 Agent Company Wide 2011, and # 6 Team Atlanta Board of Realtors 2011. Eydie Koonin entered the Real Estate Sales arena in April 2008 during what we now know was one of the worst real estate years in recent history. During the previous 20 years, Eydie was a professional volunteer for many non-profit agencies around Atlanta.
